EFTPOS Interface

This setting controls the type of EFTPOS interface being used at the terminal.  Select from the dropdown list - PC Eftpos, Quest EFTPOS Plus, Cadmus Keylink, Chase Paymentech- Verifone, Tyro Integrated EFTPOS via HTTP, DPS Payment Express, Tender Retail or Eigen.

 

Allow EFTPOS Cash Out

This option should only be applied when an integrated EFTPOS system is installed.  Enable this option for the "cash out" prompt to appear when finalising an EFTPOS sale.

 

Cut EFTPOS Receipt

This option should only be applied when an integrated EFTPOS system is installed.  Enable this option to automatically cut the EFTPOS receipt after it has finished printing.

 

Merchant Receipt - Debit Card Trans.

Setting this option causes the EFTPOS system to reprint the docket as a merchant copy in addition to the customer's copy.  If this option is not selected, the EFTPOS system will only print a receipt for the customer.

 

Interface Handles Printing

Enable this option if the integrated EFTPOS terminal handles printing.

 

Interface Handles Tipping

Enable this option if the integrated EFTPOS terminal handles tipping.  This can be used with the Tyro interface.

 

Maximum Pre-Authorisation

Used for the BarTab feature the user can set the maximum amount allowed for obtaining a pre-authorisation on a customer credit card.  The default value is set to $100 if not edited by the user.

 

Maximum Amount Cash Out

Set the maximum amount for cash out during a transaction on the Exceed terminal.
