Charts Account # |
Enter the Debtor Account number used for the Charts interface. This interface uses the Debtor account for tracking, as sales are charged to this debtor the user is prompted for a room number to bring up the guest details. Charges are sent to the guest room when the transaction is completed |

Used by the Guest interface to determine the level of detail in the export of sales figures for the interface. This is used in conjunction with the Guest Group Codes |

This is the filename of the file that is updated when transactions are charged to the RMS or Motelier guest software interfaces. The file is in .csv format. |

RMS File Position |
Indicates where in the daily RMS file the read process is currently up to. WARNING: this field is not to be adjusted without guidance from H&L. Adjusting this field can have serious repercussions on the operation of the RMS Guest interfaces. |

Use Old Format Motelier Guest File |
The format of the Motelier guest file was changed for Sysnet 6.3. This setting allows the user to revert to the older style if required. |

Use Guest Description for RMS Guest File |
If this option is turned on, guest transactions are grouped by guest name rather than by ID when uploaded to the RMS file based guest interface. |
