Procedure

The User Message Audit report allows users to audit all messages sent for a specified date range.  This is an excellent auditing tool, particularly for auditing retracted messages and the users who retracted them.

The report can be filtered by:

• Subject and detail
• Message Type
• Sender
• Date and time the message was sent
• Message status

All message recipients are listed including their response along with the date and time the message was last actioned.  The ignore count is also listed and the date/time the recipient ignored the message.

1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the User icon followed by the Reports icon
2. Double click on the User Messages Audit report to open the filter window
3. Select the DATE RANGE and other filters as required
4. Click PREVIEW to view the report

Note: Retracted messages will only be visible on the report when generated by  a user with Administrator Access!
