Procedure

Messages can be retracted if sent in error by the User who sent it or a User with Administrator access to Sysnet.

 

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Users icon
  2. Click on the Mail icon followed by the <SENT> button
  3. Locate the message, highlight it and double click to open the message
  4. Click on the <RETRACT> button  
  5. The message will be removed from the Inbox of all message recipients regardless of the "Read" status
  6. The message is also removed from the <SENT> box of the User
