This is a time sales based report showing each item sold and quantity in hourly blocks.

 

Can be filtered by User and User Type, PLU Group and PLU.

 

Selected by Date Range and an Advanced Selector tab is included to allow reporting on Year, Quarter or Week for comparison

 

What is it Useful for?

Monitoring productivity, quantities and items sold in detail for each user per hour.

Also useful for comparing against the full transaction in Audit Trail and in conjunction with Security Camera Footage such as Mobotix if your venue is equipped.  This can highlight if the actual items issued to the customers are compatible with the items processed through the POS terminal.

 

Mobotix cameras integrate seamlessly with the Sysnet software and allow video capture for all sales at the Exceed POS terminal.  

This footage can be viewed by transaction in the Audit Trail by simply clicking on the transaction.
