There are various reports available for reporting on User Activity in Sysnet. One of the great benefits is the ability to report on User Performance over different periods to assist in staff management (compliance and appraisals) and incentives, and also track revenue generation, particularly if remuneration is required.
The following User Performance Reports are available to monitor staff activity:
Brilliant tool to provide an overall picture of staff activity for the
period under review.
Use this report on a weekly or monthly basis particularly to monitor any unwarranted activity on the POS i.e. No Sales. The report can be set to print automatically on End of Day if required.
Inclusions:
Displays a breakdown of user sales grouped by Revenue Group for the
period under review. Handy to assess performance based rewards applied
to sales on specific revenue groups. Can be filtered by range, period
and User.
Inclusions:
Provides a breakdown of individual items sold on promotion by the User.
Very useful when more than one item has been marked on promotion.
To mark items on promotion, the "Promote" checkbox must be
enabled against the PLU via the PLU DETAIL screen. This checkbox must be enabled/disabled manually,
it cannot be automated.
