User Cash Balance

About

The User Cash Balance Report provides a breakdown of tenders by user for the selected period. If the tips feature is being used, the tip amounts entered by the user are also recorded here. It has been designed as a balancing tool when the waiter float feature is in use.

Inclusions:

Represent the total tenders for the User for the day period (there may be multiple cash outs recorded by the User in a day)
Filter by Range and Period, then User
Optionally include a Tender Summary on the last page of the report if required
Compare User Cash Balance records over multiple periods by clicking on the ellipses button next to the period selection
The Advanced Selector tab allows the user to further report by Year, Quarter and Week for comparison
