About
SysInfo is a back of house application which provides a snapshot of
the current activity in the venue. An excellent management tool,
SysInfo provides an overview of information such as:
- Current Till Totals
- Open Tables
- Recent Debtor and Member Activity
- Sales Activity in graphical format
Procedure
- From the Sysnet
Toolbar click on the SysInfo
icon
- The application will open to display current shift information
defaulting to the <TILL TOTALS>
tab
- A series of tabs along the top and left hand
side indicate the functions available:
Till Totals |
- Default upon opening. Displays current
till totals. Perform X and Y-Reads on stations from
this tab

Till Balances |
- Used in conjunction with Till Balancing
feature. Displays all records sitting unprocessed in
Till Balance application.

Open Tables |
- Shows all open tables in venue, date/time
of opening and current balance
- Right click on a table record to refresh
the data in SysInfo
- Click the (+) symbol next to the table
to see items charged, payments and split bills processed on
the table

Recent Member Activity |
- When Sysnet Members is enabled, displays
members activity - date/time of last visit, value spent,points
awarded, redeemed and current points

Recent Debtor Activity |
- Displays all recent debtor activity, date/time
of last activity with Account Name, details and current outstanding
balance

Config |
- Used to configure the update frequencies
of info displayed in SysInfo i.e. how often SysInfo references
Trans Server to update the information

Open Tables Tab
As mentioned the OPEN TABLES tab shows all open tables in the venue.
Additional Table information can be seen by clicking on the (+)
symbol next to the table number.
The table data is split into three tabs:
- Table Details
- lists all items charged to the table
- Table Payments
- any payments made to the table including amount and tender method
- Split Bills
- any split bills created and/or processed to the table
Till Totals on Hold
Once a Y-Read has been performed on a station, the station totals will
be cleared and the record will now appear under the <TILL
TOTALS ON HOLD> tab
Till totals on hold will be cleared once an End of Shift has been run
on the location.
