Procedure

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Stock icon
  2. Click on the Specials icon
  3. Ensure the "Add New Sales Specials Using Wizard" checkbox is enabled  
  4. Click (+) to add a new Sales Special and launch the wizard
  5. Enter a DESCRIPTION for the promotion, then START and END dates (including times if required)
  6. Click on the <SEARCH> button to select which location(s) the promotion will be available in
  7. Select the default price level the sales special will be applied to  
  8. Click <NEXT> to continue
  9. Enter the PLU number of the first item (if known) or use the search icon to find it
  10. Type the special price for the promotion and click <ADD PRICE> to add it to the promotion list  
  11. The item will move to the bottom section of the screen
  12. Repeat with all remaining PLU's for this promotion
  13. To remove an item from the promotion right click on the item and select <REMOVE SELECTED ITEMS>
  14. Click <NEXT> to continue
  15. Review all items in the promotion, altering the price or removing items if needed
  16. Click <FINISH> to complete the promotion setup
  17. Print a copy of the Sales Special report if required
  18. Click <CLOSE> to exit the wizard
