About

This process is used when a purchase order has been created in the Reorder Stock module and is then ready to be received into the system.

 

Procedure

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Stock icon
  2. Click on the Receive Stock icon
  3. Click (+) to receive a new invoice
  4. Press the eye icon so it is coloured 'red'. This will ensure the invoice details section of the screen is maximised   
  5. Choose the RECEIVING LOCATION for the stock
  1. Click on the PURCHASE ORDER dropdown window to select the appropriate order to bring through
  2. The system will scan and bring through all of the Purchase Order details from Reorder Stock for checking  
  3. Enter the REFERENCE NUMBER from the invoice  
  4. Enter the DATE OF INVOICE
  5. Check the LINE TOTAL check boxes are selected correctly as this will affect how the totals are calculated
  6. Check each item carefully against the actual invoice to ensure the products ordered match those received
  1. Check the INVOICE TOTAL now to ensure it matches to the TOTAL column after the purchase order has been imported
  2. Click <PROCESS> to finalise the invoice
  3. Print the Stock Received Report as required
