
About
This process is used when a purchase order has been created in the Reorder
Stock module and is then ready to be received into the system.
Procedure
- From the Sysnet
Toolbar click on the Stock icon
- Click on the Receive
Stock icon
- Click (+) to receive a new invoice
- Press the eye icon so it is coloured 'red'.
This will
ensure the invoice details section of the screen is maximised
- Choose the RECEIVING
LOCATION for the stock
- Ideally Liquor
invoices received into Bottleshop or Store location
- Food Invoices received
into Kitchen
- Click on the PURCHASE
ORDER dropdown window to select the appropriate order
to bring through
- The system will scan and bring through all
of the Purchase Order details from Reorder Stock for checking
- Enter the REFERENCE
NUMBER from the invoice
- Enter the DATE
OF INVOICE
- Check the LINE
TOTAL check boxes are selected correctly as this will affect
how the totals are calculated
- Check each item carefully against the actual
invoice to ensure the products ordered match those received
- Edit the quantity and/or cost as required
- Use the navigator toolbar to delete lines
which have not arrived
- Add any additional items which may be included
on this invoice
- Enter and calculate any freight as required
- Check the INVOICE
TOTAL now to ensure it matches to the TOTAL column after the
purchase order has been imported
- Click <PROCESS>
to finalise the invoice
- Print the Stock Received Report as required
