Procedure

Used when the credit note is received from the Supplier:

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Stock icon
  2. Click on the Receive Stock icon
  3. From the LIST select the Credit Claim and press the <DETAILS> tab
  4. The Credit Claim checkbox is enabled to alert the user this is a credit claim invoice
  5. Enter the INVOICE TOTAL from the Supplier Credit Note (DO NOT enter the this figure as a negative)
  6. Check the OUTERS RECEIVED and INNERS RECEIVED quantities are correct for each item
  7. Check the LINE TOTAL of each product
  8. Click <PROCESS> to finalise the invoice and REDUCE the stock levels
  9. A prompt message will appear to confirm the invoice should be processed as a negative
  10. Click <YES> to continue and the credit claim report will print to screen
