
Procedure
Used when the credit note is received from the Supplier:
- From the Sysnet
Toolbar click on the Stock
icon
- Click on the Receive
Stock icon
- From the LIST
select the Credit Claim and press the
<DETAILS> tab
- The Credit Claim checkbox is enabled to alert
the user this is a credit claim invoice
- Enter the
INVOICE TOTAL from the Supplier Credit Note (DO NOT enter the
this figure as a negative)
- Check the OUTERS
RECEIVED and INNERS RECEIVED
quantities are correct for each item
- Check the LINE
TOTAL of each product
- Click <PROCESS>
to finalise the invoice and REDUCE
the stock levels
- A prompt message will appear to confirm the
invoice should be processed as a negative
- Click <YES>
to continue and the credit claim report will print to screen
