Procedure

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Stock icon
  2. Click on the Mix and Match icon
  3. Enter a NAME for the promotion
  4. Enable the checkbox if a time switch is to be used for the promotion
  5. Choose the SETUP LOCATION from the dropdown menu
  6.  If this promotion applies to Members only, enable the MEMBERS ONLY PROMOTION checkbox  
  7. To isolate the promotion further, it can be applied to Member Clubs as required
  8. Select a START and END date
  9. Select the appropriate ACTIONS

TOTAL PRICE

The total discounted amount of the sale once the quantity has been reached

APPLY DISCOUNTS OF $ OR %

The desired dollar or percentage amount to discount from the total value of sale

SWITCH TO PRICE LEVEL

Change all items in the promotion to this PLU Price Level once the QTY has been reached

GIVEAWAY FREE ITEM

The PLU of the item to be given for free

WRITE ALL DISCOUNTS TO PLU

Enter the Discount PLU (normally 99999).  Specify an alternative discount PLU if you wish to have this promo discounts recorded separately  
  1. Use the OPTIONS field to specify how items also included in a Sales Special are affected
  2. Set the POINT OF SALE BEHAVIOUR for the prompt at POS
  3. Enable the "Continue applying action/s until current sale has completed" check box as required
  4. Create the SELECTION LEVELS to set the rules for the promotion and form triggers for the promotion to apply at the point of sale  
  5. Click (+) on the navigator toolbar to add the first selection level
  6. Enter the quantity of items required for this level
  7. Repeat as required for remaining selection levels  
  8. Highlight the first selection level and choose to either "Add Items"   or "Add Groups to Selected Level"  
  9. Add items or groups to the selection levels as required
  10. Clicking the (+) symbol next to the selection levels will expand it to display the PLU's or PLU groups attached
  11. Use the navigation toolbar inside the selection level to remove any unwanted items or groups added
  12. Click <OK> to save the Mix and Match promotion
  13. Ensure a Sysnet Database <RESET & DOWNLOAD> is performed on all applicable Exceed terminals to send the promo details
