The Stock Discrepancies function allows the venue to adjust any known stock on hand variances at any given time for example, in the instance of pilferage and wastage.
It can be used to "spot check" a stock group or stock items where inconsistencies have been identified in between regular stocktakes.
This keeps the current stock level accurate between stocktakes and helps to track discrepancy trends over time.
Any items adjusted using the Stock Discrepancies module can be reported in areas such as the Stock History file and the Cost of Goods Report.
The Discrepancy module can also be used to process wastage and the corresponding reason for the discrepancy.

Site	The site that created the record (Syswan groups)
Location	The location of the record
Discrepancy Type	DISCREPANCY or WASTAGE
Created Date	Date and time the record was created
Created By	User who created the record
Processed Date	Date and Time the record was processed
Processed by	User who processed the record

Right click on a record in the LIST to open a pop up menu with the following functions:

Reprint Report	Reprints the Stock Discrepancy or Wastage report
Hide already processed records	Filters out the records that have been processed
Print Grid	Standard H&L grid function that prints the list view grid
Export Grid	Standard H&L grid function that exports the list view grid to one of several popular file formats including PDF or CSV

Highlight a record from the LIST and press the <DETAIL> tab to view details of the record
