Procedure
Each menu can be customised to suit the individual needs of the user.
Customising can be done in the following ways:
- Left click on a column heading to sort
the data either ascending or descending
- Click and drag the column headings then drop
into place to group information on the screen in the order required
- Use the SMART
menu to customise which columns are displayed in the grid:
- Right click on a specific column heading to
open the SMART menu
- Select REMOVE
THIS COLUMN from the menu
- The column will be removed from the grid
- To return a column to the grid, simply
right click on any other column heading and select the
FIELD CHOOSER
- A Customising window will open to list all
columns that are not currently displayed in the grid
- Locate the column in question, then click and
drag the heading into the desired place on the grid
- Alternatively, many of the LIST views throughout
Sysnet have a Quick Customisation icon on the left hand side of the
header for the grid
- This button can be pressed to quickly choose
the columns in the view by ticking or un-ticking to add or remove
respectively
- Click and Drag columns to the screen header
to quickly filter and drill data down The pop up example
shows the data grouped by Stock Group, then by Supplier Code within
each Stock Group
- Click on the (+) symbol next to each heading
to see the items listed
The SMART menu can also be used to:
- Adjust column widths (Best
Fit and Best Fit All)
or by dragging the right hand side of a column header to fit as desired
- Sort Data in ascending or descending order
and clear sorting
- Open the Group
By box in order to group records
- Open the Footer
in order to customise filters and display sums
