About  

This report displays an hourly breakdown of each item sold per user including total sales, customer count and average sales per customer values.

Getting the Report

This can be found in two ways:

1. Sysnet Toolbar > Reports menu > Users > User Sales Analysis
2. Sysnet Toolbar > User menu > Reports > User Sales Analysis

Filtering the Report

This is a date based report which can be filtered by User, User Type, PLU and PLU Group Filter with the option to show the PLU Groups on the report.

What is the Report Useful For?

• Monitoring productivity, quantities and items sold in detail for each user per hour
• They are also useful for comparing against the full transaction in Audit Trail and in conjunction with Security Camera footage if your venue is equipped.  This can highlight if actual items issued to customers are compatible with the items processed through the POS.
