User List

About

As the name would suggest the User List Report is a list of all active users in the Sysnet Database including User ID, Name and contact phone numbers. All users who have been made inactive (the active checkbox in the User DETAIL screen) will not appear on this report.

Getting the Report

The User List can be found in two ways:

Sysnet Toolbar > Reports menu > Users > User List
Sysnet Toolbar > User menu > Reports > User List

Filtering the Report

The report can be filtered by USER ID or NAME and the operator has the ability to show or hide the User ID on the report

What is the report useful for?

Obtaining a list of all current staff
Handy to have as a phone listing for rostering purposes
When building your new database it is an excellent tool to cross check with your payroll system that all users have been created
