About  

The Stock List is a list of all existing inventory items in the database.  It is broken down by Stock Group with a sub category relating to the current STATUS of the items, then lists all stock items belonging to the group.  It also displays details on how the product has been created i.e. Outer and Inner, Current Unit Cost and Outer Costs.

Getting the Report

The report can be found in two ways:

1. Sysnet Toolbar > Reports menu > Stock > Stock List
2. Sysnet Toolbar > Stock menu > Reports > Stock > Stock List

Filtering the Report

Filtering is available by Stock Group, Supplier and Range.  It is also possible to display supplier codes and sort by inventory code or stock name.

What is the Report Useful For?

• An excellent tool when building your new database to cross check all items are created correctly and in the correct Stock Group
• Obtaining a list of all stock items in the database sorted into a clear order for identification
