About

The Transactions tab will list all transactions and payments made to the debtor account.  It can also be used to reprint tax invoices for sales and table account charges to the debtor if required.

 

Procedure

  1. From the Sysnet Toolbar click on the Debtors icon
  2. Highlight the desired debtor account from the LIST and press the <TRANSACTIONS> tab
  3. A list of all transactions for this debtor are displayed

Transaction Types

 

Sale

A direct account charge

Payment

Payment to the debtor account

Table Charge

A table account has been charged to the debtor account

 

  1. Locate the transaction in question
  2. Highlighting the sale will show the sale details in the bottom section of the window  
  3. Click on the <PRINT INVOICE> button to produce a printed copy of the receipt
  4. The invoice will print to screen, click on the PRINT or EXPORT icons as required
  5. If the transaction was charged to a table account before being finalised to the debtor the invoice is called a "Table Trace" as opposed to an invoice
  6. This transaction type is called TABLE CHARGE
  7. Highlight the table charge in question and click on the <PRINT TABLE TRACE (SELECTED)> button
  8. The table trace will print to screen, click on the PRINT or EXPORT icons as required
