This tab is used to view historic details of specific transactions against the debtor in a grid format.  The Account Number, Account Type, Site, Salutation, Surname and First Name of the debtor will be shown by default at the top of the transactions tab.

 

Date and Time

The date and time stamp when the transaction was performed

Invoice Receipt #

The Invoice or Receipt number allocated to the transaction for tracking purposes and reprinting

Location #

The location where the transaction was processed

Transaction Type

The type of transaction e.g. Payment, Sale, Table Charge

Station

The Station name used to process the transaction

User

The User who processed the transaction

Debit

The debit value for this transaction

Credit

The credit value applied to this transaction i.e. payment

Total

The total value of the transaction

Paid

The amount paid against the transaction

Paid in Full

Used in conjunction with Open Item Debtors this checkbox will indicate that payment has been fully assigned to this invoice

Notes

Will display any notes entered when the invoice was paid

Table ID

A system generated ID number assigned to the transaction as a result of a table charge

Site #

The site where the transaction was processed (Syswan groups)

Owing (30 day terms)

The status of the amount owing i.e. current, 30 days outstanding etc

Invoice Terms

The payment terms set for the invoice

Print Invoice (selected)

Allows the user to reprint a copy of the invoice (transaction type = Sale) by highlighting the desire invoice from the grid.  

Print Table Trace (selected)

Allows the user to reprint a copy of the table account (transaction type = Table Charge) by highlighting the desired Table Charge from the grid
